- July 2007 -

OMAHA, ANDY, and CHARLOTTE MICKEY D's

Today was a great day....

8:30am- woke up in Omaha next to my beautiful bride.... praised God for his provision of a life partner after waiting and staying pure for 25 years.

10:00am- felt God's peace come over me as I prepared again for the Livin It Messages... God was going to move!

11:30am- made our way to the Livin It Area at the Luis Palau Festival in Omaha, NE. The park looked great!

12:30pm- prayer, worship, and devos with the whole Livin It crew: Untitled Skate Team, Chaos on Wheels, Riders for Christ. It felt like the group had a united heart to really see God use our collective gifts to point young people to Jesus.

1:00pm and 2:45pm- 2 Livin It demos went great. I felt God's peace as I stood to speak both times.... dream situation.... over 6,000 total attendance and hundreds responding both times!

4:30pm- Tiff and I left the park and grabbed dinner en route to the airport.

6:40pm- boarded plane for Chicago en route to Charlotte. I felt the Lord lead me to switch seats to sit next to an amazing guy named Andy. Over the next hour I had the joy of learning about his life and then sharing the Gospel with Him.... no one had ever explained it to him. I prayed for him and we exchanged information.

Midnight- arrived in Charlotte and hit up the Mickey D's. I know it's awful to eat at any hour... especially midnight... but a man's gotta eat.

1:00am- Praising God for life, purpose, hope, love, peace, joy... and that I've found them all through His Son Jesus. Time for bed!
