PULSE Past Events

In 2 years, PULSE has partnered with 10 communities to bring outreach events. Below we've listed just a few examples of previous PULSE events of varying sizes.

North Dakota State University

Fargo, ND.

It began here. In the fall of 2004, a proposal was written in English 320 that was titled PULSE. Student led form the beginning...the movement has spread ever since.

20 prayer groups started, 600+ were trained, over 8,000 attended events, 1200 responded to the Gospel.

East Range ALIVE

Northern MN.

Fall 06. Students and leaders united for prayer and meetings about bringing PULSE. Meetings were held with the PULSE team and an invitation was made.

Spring 2007. PULSE held an evangelism training in February followed by events planned for mid-April. Four school assemblies were held and outreach events took place featuring comedian Daren Streblow and musician Riley Armstrong. Several hundred students attended events and over 50 responded to the Gospel.

Spring 07. Students who attended previous PULSE events began pursuing events on their campus. Of the 10 campuses interested, students from VCSU and JC pursued as the most passionate and persistent to see something happen. One of the students had given his life to Christ at the first PULSE event and now wanted to see the movement spread to his campus.

Fall 07. Daily prayer groups and weekly meetings launched. Training events were held and Christian students were united.

November 10th, 2007. PULSE was held at the Jamestown Civic Center and 4,600 attended resulting in the largest event the city had seen in 2 decades. Over 1,000 students responded to the Gospel saying the evening had helped them rededicate or surrender their lives to Christ for the first time. Gospels of John went out to every student, emails have been sent.... the follow up continues
